Membership FAQ

Yes. All memberships are managed through the Bubbles App, including billing, vehicle management, upgrades, cancellations, and wash check-ins.

No. Your phone is required to access and redeem your membership at the time of service.

No. Memberships are assigned to a specific vehicle and license plate. If you have multiple vehicles, separate memberships can be managed under a single account within the app.

Memberships include one wash per calendar day.

Yes. Bring your new vehicle to any Bubbles location and a Service Advisor will verify the membership level is appropriate. A $25 vehicle change fee applies.

No. Memberships automatically renew on the anniversary date of the original purchase. If your anniversary falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, billing will occur on the last day of shorter months.

Memberships cannot be paused. If you no longer require the service, simply cancel through the app. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period and can be reactivated at any time.
