Unlimited Wash Membership Terms and Conditions

The terms governing Bubbles Unlimited Wash Membership plans purchased through the Bubbles Mobile App.

Plan Terms

  1. Bubbles Car Wash will charge to the authorized customer credit card account monthly based on the plan selected at the time or recharge in the Bubbles Mobile App.
  2. The recharge to the authorized customer credit card will take place on the anniversary date of the initial purchase. If the anniversary date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st and that date does not occur in the current month, the recharge will fall on the last day of the month.
  3. The Unlimited Wash Membership automatic recharge authorization stays in force until the customer cancels the plan through the Bubbles Mobile App.
  4. The Unlimited Wash Membership can be canceled any day prior to its recharge date. Bubbles will not refund for cancellations requested after the recharge date.
  5. Unlimited Wash Membership plans must correspond to the vehicle size and type. Any vehicle found to be under the wrong plan must be corrected for continued use.
  6. Personal Unlimited Wash Memberships are limited to personal-use vehicles only. Vehicles used for app-based services, fleet operations, and taxi services, as well as dealer-plated vehicles, are not eligible for membership plans. Commercial-plated vehicles must be enrolled in an applicable Commercial Wash Plan.
  7. The Unlimited Wash Membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes or gift cards.
  8. Bubbles Car Wash reserves the right to apply surcharges based on vehicle condition.
  9. The Unlimited Wash Membership is limited to one wash per day.
  10. Bubbles Car Wash reserves the right to cancel the plan at any time, for any reason.
  11. The Unlimited Wash Membership will be suspended and may be canceled if the monthly charge is declined by the payment processing system. See Membership Suspension and Restoration below.
  12. Unauthorized use of the Unlimited Wash Membership will result in immediate termination of the plan, without refund.
  13. The Unlimited Wash Membership vehicle details on the barcodes screen must be visible to the service advisor and/or cashier for redemption.
  14. Bubbles Unlimited Wash Memberships are valid for one vehicle per plan.
  15. Membership is transferable to a different vehicle with notice to Bubbles Car Wash. Vehicle changes are subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25) administration fee per change.
  16. Any Unlimited Wash Membership payments shall be payable and are non-refundable regardless of use.
  17. Bubbles Car Wash reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, upgrades, or Acts of God. No refunds will be provided during temporary closures.
  18. Bubbles Car Wash must comply with all public health orders including mandatory closures. If the closure exceeds 48 hours Unlimited Wash Memberships will be prorated and credited for the affected days.
  19. Bubbles Car Wash will not issue credit or refunds for partial periods.
  20. Bubbles Car Wash will notify Unlimited Wash Members of regular price increases at least 30 days in advance via email.

Membership Suspension and Restoration

The Unlimited Wash Membership account will be temporarily suspended if the monthly charge is declined by the payment processing system. During the suspension period, members will not have access to member benefits and are not entitled to any compensatory time for the duration of the non-payment suspension. Members remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. Membership benefits and access will be reinstated upon successful payment processing of any uncollected amounts. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access to the service until a valid payment method has been successfully charged.

Additional Terms

Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centres (Bubbles) makes no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Bubbles Mobile App Unlimited Wash Memberships, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, or any warranty arising from usage in trade, course of dealing, or course of performance. Bubbles does not represent or warrant that your Bubbles Mobile App Unlimited Wash Membership plans will always be accessible or accepted.

Electronic Communication

By using the Bubbles App, subscribing to our Unlimited Wash Membership plan or sending emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email at the address we have on file for you, sending you messages through the mobile application we provide, or by posting notices on the App. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You further agree that any notices provided by us electronically are deemed to be given and received on the date we transmit any such electronic communication.

You have the right to receive any Communication in paper form. To request a paper copy of any Communication at no charge, please write to us at Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centres 6231 Andrews Loop SW, Edmonton, AB T6W 3G9 or email membership@bubbles.ca.

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time, by writing to us at the address above.

Jurisdiction

When you purchase, receive, or redeem a Bubbles Mobile App Unlimited Wash Membership, you agree that the laws of the Province of Alberta or the Province of British Columbia shall govern these Terms and Conditions, without regards to principles of conflict of laws.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and maintain personally identifiable information regarding your purchase of a Bubbles Unlimited Wash Membership in accordance with our privacy policy.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information

You can review and change your personal information by emailing us through our contact form to correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
